Financing

You can purchase your Prairie Gold Home with either a conventional loan or with government loan financing. Depending on your income status, you may qualify for low interest rates and down-payment assistance. Underwriting guidelines, closing costs, and loan terms vary, depending upon the type of financing selected.

Mortgage financing arrangements can be made with your local lender or an approved lender participating in the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority’s (NIFA) single family mortgage program.
