The base price of a standard, two-bedroom Prairie Gold home is $48,000. That includes the basic cost of delivery. Additionaly there is a mileage charge based on $20/mile of the actual delivery route. Your total construction cost depends on options chosen, sitework, mileage charge, and the cost of your lot.
