Materials and Warranties

Prairie Gold Homes meet or exceed Nebraska’s building standards (International Residential Code). The homes are constructed with low-E windows, high R-factor insulation and insulated doors.

Construction Materials:

Owens-Corning shingles (30-year warranty) and foam insulation board
CertainTeed vinyl siding
Johns-Manville wall insulation (formaldehyde-free)
Moen faucets
Briggs plumbing ware
Gerkin vinyl glider windows and patio door

All manufacturer-supplied warranties for construction materials (siding, roofing, windows and doors) are passed along to the buyer. Additionally, Prairie Gold Homes provides a one-year warranty on workmanship. Contact us for details.
